What makes you different is often exactly where your strength lies
Whether you want to grow or first need to catch your breath, there is a form of guidance that fits.
About Quiet Quality
For 7 years I have worked with people for whom what makes them different (introversion, giftedness, neurodivergence) has long felt like a burden, while it can be exactly their strength. As a coach I help professionals put that to use in work and leadership.
With a bachelor's degree in psychology (currently doing a master's in Clinical Psychology) and training in body-oriented therapy, I also work with neurodivergent adults who have got stuck in surviving and are ready to flourish again.
Two forms of guidance
The two forms differ in approach, not in audience. Choose what you need right now.

Een Tikkeltje Anders Is Eigenlijk Heel Normaal
Together with Marije Pietersma and other authors I wrote a new book (in Dutch): Een Tikkeltje Anders Is Eigenlijk Heel Normaal, “a little different is actually quite normal”. About brains that work just a bit differently, and why that is more common than we tend to think.
Understand the brain, use the difference: the book helps you grasp what happens in a differently wired brain, and shows how to use that difference instead of hiding it.
Podcast
De Kracht van de Introvert
Stories of introverts and conversations with introverted leaders (in Dutch): how do they deal with the challenges of being introverted, and how do they use their strength? This season also brings exercises you can try yourself.

What others say
A selection from the more than 200 people I have had the pleasure of coaching.
I found my sessions with Karolien very helpful and challenging (in a good way!). There have been useful applications in both my professional and personal life and I would recommend anyone to do it who is worried that their introversion is holding them back.
I learned about my strengths, weaknesses, leadership style and so much more. Definitely increased my confidence and happiness levels.
My clients
Also available as a speaker on introversion, leadership and neurodiversity: for events, workshops and webinars.
