Sometimes you find yourself stuck without really knowing why. Your job looks fine on paper, but it drains your energy. You keep doubting which direction to take. Or you notice you're constantly adapting to others, while deep down you long for more space to just be yourself. Recognize this? Then this might be the perfect time to start looking at yourself in a new way.
From now on, I offer the Core Talents Analysis in my coaching practice – a surprisingly clear and in-depth method that helps you better understand yourself. Not through labels or personality tests that put you in a box, but based on what makes you truly unique: your natural strengths, preferences, and energy sources.
The Core Talents method starts with something that seems simple: what did you love to do as a child? And more importantly: what kind of play held your attention for a long time, gave you joy, and came from your own initiative?
What children love to do is never random. It shows where their intrinsic motivation lies, what energizes them, and what they have a natural potential to develop. These preferences don’t disappear when we grow up – they form the foundation of our personality.
The analysis maps out your strong, moderate, and lesser core talents. There’s no judgment, no right or wrong – just a clear picture of your unique combination of possibilities and pitfalls. And that gives direction. In work, study, and life choices. But above all, in how you shape your life in a way that truly fits you.
Over time, many people drift away from who they truly are. Because of external expectations, shaping experiences, or simply because they kept “pushing through.”
The Core Talents Analysis helps you reconnect with your essence – with who you were before you started adapting or second-guessing yourself.
What I love about this method is that it’s not just a snapshot of who you are today. It’s not about how you're currently functioning in your job, or how you're feeling right now. It’s about the foundation that has always been there – and that you can use as a compass.
The Core Talents Analysis is for anyone who’s curious about themselves. Whether you’re just starting your career or are in the middle of a transition. If you have the sense there’s more to you, but you’re not quite sure how to express it, this method is a valuable next step.
I’ll guide you through the whole process: from the analysis itself to a clarifying final session, where we translate your personal profile into practical insights and tools. So you not only understand who you are, but also what you can do with that knowledge.
Would you like to explore what truly drives you? Are you ready to make choices that actually match who you are? Or are you simply curious about what this analysis could reveal?
